The backpack is ready, and the items that need to be brought on the road are also ready, but don't think that you can breathe a sigh of relief here. How to pack the bag reasonably is also very skillful. If you pack it well, not only can you hold all your belongings, and it can be easily taken out when you use it, but it can also reduce the pressure of the backpack on you. You can walk happily with a comfortable back.
1. Center of gravity: For general walking, place heavy objects on the top, make the center of gravity of the backpack higher and close to the back position, so that the waist of the bearer can be straight during the journey; if you want to climb the intermediate difficulty mountain, backpack The center of gravity must be lowered so that the body can bend through the trees.
2. Weight: heavier equipment is placed on the top of the backpack and on the back, such as stoves, cooking utensils, heavy food, rain gear, water bottles, etc. If the center of gravity is too low or far from the back, the body will bend to walk, which makes it very tiring to walk. The tent can be tied to the top of the backpack, and the fuel oil and water must be separated to avoid contamination of food and clothing. Place the secondary items in the center and the lower side belt of the backpack, such as spare clothes (must be sealed with a plastic bag), personal appliances, headlights, maps, compasses, and cameras. Light items are placed below, such as sleeping bags (must be sealed with waterproof bags), air cushions, water bottles, etc. can be placed in the side pockets.
3. There is a difference between men and women in loading bags: men and women backpacks also have a little difference when loading bags, because boys have longer upper torso and girls have shorter upper torso but longer legs. When loading, the boy’s weight should be placed higher, because the boy’s center of gravity is close to the chest cavity, while the girl’s center of gravity is lower and close to the abdomen. The heavy objects should be close to the back as much as possible so that the weight is higher than the waist.
4. How to pack scattered items: The bulk of the scattered items is uneven, and the weight and texture are different, so the filling methods are also different. For soft materials (such as hats, gloves, etc.), we recommend filling the gaps of large, hard, and tangible materials (such as sets of pots, water bottles, etc.). For small items with hard texture and irregular shapes (such as headlights, stove tops, etc.), we recommend putting them in a set of pots, lunch boxes and other containers, which are convenient for filling and can effectively protect these small items. Of course, whether your headlight can be put into a lunch box and whether the burner can be put into a cookware set is all up to you when you buy it. Small items that can be taken at any time should be placed on the second floor-that is, under the tent, often on the same level as the food.
